Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet over
    medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook chicken, a few
    pieces
    at
    a time, until browned on all sides; remove chicken to roasting pan as it browns.
