Hamburg Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 (3 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Fry hamburg, salt, pepper and onion until brown.
    Add tomato sauce; simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cook noodles in salt water.
    Put 1/2 of the noodles in greased casserole.
    Spread on top 1/3 of the sour cream, then 1/3 of the meat mixture.
    Repeat until all is used up.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
