Jane Evans' Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork or leftover pork roast
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. green pepper chunks
    1/2 c. pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown meat on medium in skillet.
    Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
    Pour over browned meat and simmer 45 minutes.
    Thicken with cornstarch, blended with enough cold water to make smooth.
    Serve over cooked rice.
