Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed pineapple
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green olives
1/2 c. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine gelatin and boiling water.
Add other ingredients to gelatin mixture.
Pour in 9 x 2-inch pan (glass or metal).
Chill until firm.
Cut in squares.
Serve with dressing of 1/2 cup Miracle Whip and 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Delicious.
Serves 6 to 8.
