Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine all, reserving 3/4 cup of pecans.
    Chill.
    Roll into 1 large or 2 small balls.
    Garnish by rolling in the remaining pecans, mixed with dried or fresh parsley, if desired.
    May garnish with pieces of maraschino cherries for color.
