Pecan Crunch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. sesame seed
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 broiler fryer chickens, cut into serving pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and put into oven to melt.
Combine buttermilk and egg. Combine flour, pecans, paprika, salt, pepper and sesame seed.
Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk mixture, then place in plastic bag with flour mixture.
Shake well to coat chicken lightly.
Place skin-side down in baking dish; turn pieces to coat with butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until fork-tender and golden brown.
Serves 8.
