Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    4 slices bacon, diced
    1/4 c. finely cut onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain, peel and dice while hot.
    Cook bacon in frying pan until crisp.
    Remove bacon from pan.
    Cook onion in bacon grease until golden brown.
    Blend in flour, salt and sugar. Stir in the water.
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Add vinegar and heat through. Pour the hot dressing over the hot potatoes.
    Mix in the chopped bacon.
    Makes about 4 servings.
