Baked Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
    1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Use leftover mashed potatoes and cooked cabbage.
    Mix the potatoes and cabbage together.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and chopped onion to taste.
    Fry lightly in skillet until browned and hot.
    Serve as vegetable and good to use up leftovers.
