Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. oregano
    3 bay leaves
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put roast and all ingredients into crock-pot.
    Cook on high 6 to 8 hours. When meat is very tender, shred into pieces while still in crock-pot with juices. Serve on Italian beef rolls.
    Make sure to put juice on meat when serving.
