Water Chestnut Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    2 cans water chestnuts
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cut bacon strips into thirds.
    Cut water chestnuts in half. Wrap each half chestnut in bacon strip and secure with toothpick. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix brown sugar and catsup and pour over chestnuts.
    Bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serve hot.
