Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and half of the milk.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add rest of the milk and stir in melted butter.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat slightly and bake until knife comes out clean.
    Yields 2 pies.
