Master Cake Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 c. double-acting baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. sugar
    2 1/3 c. shortening (1 lb. can)
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to blend.
    Stir 3 times.
    Cut in shortening with pastry blender or electric mixer. Store in covered container at room temperature.
