Cheesy Broccoli Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C fresh broccoli florets
    3 C fresh cauliflower florets
    3 celery ribs, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 C water
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    3 tbsp butter
    3 tbsp flour
    2 1/3 C milk
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine the first six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.
