Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. sifted flour
    dash of salt
    4 eggs
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water; add milk, shortening and salt.
    Mix.
    Stir in flour (it may be necessary to add a little more flour to make the dough more easy to knead). Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    Put by tablespoons into ungreased muffin tins (do not fill over 1/2) or you can put in baking pans and have them connected together.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Brush tops with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
