Grandma'S Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 sq. melted baking chocolate
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Cream together margarine, egg yolks and sugar. Add chocolate, milk and vanilla.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into two greased 9-inch layer cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Bake slightly longer if using 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
    Frost with white icing.
