Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add dry yeast to water; mix with buttermilk.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening, then add the milk mixture.
    Knead slightly and roll out.
    Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Do not let stand to rise as other rolls.
    May be kept in refrigerator several days in covered container.
    Pinch off, cut and bake as needed.
