2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder*
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs (large)
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 pkg. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

*If using self-rising flour, omit the baking powder.
