Mocha Brownie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    4 eggs
    1 can chocolate syrup
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    orange slices
    walnuts
    mint leaves
Preparation
    Combine butter, 1 cup sugar and coffee until light.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir in syrup until well blended; combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold flour mixture into batter until blended. Stir in 1 cup nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured pan.
    Combine remaining sugar and nuts.
    Sprinkle evenly over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until sides pull away from pan.
    Garnish with whipped cream, orange slices, nuts and mint leaves.
