Sausage - Chuck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cubed
    1 lb. chuck, cubed
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 medium peppers, cubed
    2 medium garlic, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain all but 2 tablespoons fat.
    Pat sausage in casserole.
    Brown meat.
    Put in casserole.
    Lightly brown peppers, onions, garlic and potatoes.
    Add to casserole.
    Put in spices; lightly toss.
    Add beef broth; cover.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
