Helen'S Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Sauer's fried chicken seasoning
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut potatoes (with skin on) into wedges.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Drop and roll potatoes thoroughly.
    Place on large flat pan.
    Dab with 1 stick margarine.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
