Shrimp Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta
    1 stick butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    1 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard seeds
    1/3 c. dry-roasted cashews (unsalted)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
    1/3 c. chopped cilantro
    shrimp
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    1/3 c. scallions, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
    salt and pepper
    lime wedges and cilantro
Preparation
    Grate ginger or cut into fine strips.
    Heat a large frying pan and add butter, 2 1/2 tablespoons ginger, the mustard seeds and cashews.
    Saut for 2 minutes.
    Add precooked pasta (use a kind with ridges), coconut and cilantro.
    Saut over medium heat until hot.
    Set aside; keep warm.
    Heat a large frying pan and add oil and 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger.
    Saut 30 seconds.
    Add shrimp (use large precooked ones), scallions and lime juice.
    Saut until hot.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over hot pasta and garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.
