Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. milk
1 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. chicken base
3/4 tsp. white pepper
cornstarch (to thicken)
Preparation
-
Melt butter.
Bring cream and milk to a boil in a large pan. Mix rest of ingredients except cornstarch together and add to boiling mixture.
Mix with whisk.
Burns easy.
Thicken with cornstarch.
Serve over hot fettucine.
