Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    black pepper to taste
    5 c. shredded cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Measure oil into wok (or large skillet).
    Add cabbage, turn heat to moderate and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
    Add sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
    Cook, stirring constantly until cabbage is tender but crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serves 4.
