Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 chicken, boiled (2 to 3 lb.)
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter.
    Combine with soups, broth and chilies. Add pieces of chicken and mix well.
    In large baking dish, place a layer of tortillas, chicken and cheese.
    Repeat layers until casserole is filled, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. (Better if sets a couple of hours before baking, can also be frozen.)
    Serves 8.
