Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chicken breasts (with bones, about 4 to 6)
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic or minced garlic (about 1 tsp.)
    chopped onion
    celery tops
    1 Tbsp. basil
    chopped onion
    diced celery
    1/2 c. sweet relish
    juice of 1 lemon
    mayo (to moisten)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the chicken in enough water to cover. Add the bay leaf, garlic, chopped onion, celery tops and basil. When chicken is done (1 to 2 hours), drain and let cool. Remove from bones and dice. Add the remaining ingredients.
