Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. apple brandy or apple juice
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat margarine or butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts.
Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes or until juices run clear.
Remove chicken and reserve. Add onion and brandy or apple juice to skillet.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Stir in whipping cream, parsley and mustard.
Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add chicken and walnuts.
Heat until hot.
Makes 4 servings.
