Catfish Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. catfish fillets
2 lb. onions, diced
4 lb. potatoes, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 cans tomatoes
1/4 lb. margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes the fish, onions, potatoes and celery.
Then
add tomatoes and margarine.
Simmer until done.
