Easy One Dish Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
6 oz. spaghetti, broken in pieces
1 can tomatoes (28 oz.)
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
grated cheese
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet with cover, saute vegetables and ground beef in oil.
Add spaghetti, spreading over beef mixture.
Mix tomatoes, catsup and seasonings.
Pour over spaghetti, making sure spaghetti is covered with liquid.
Cover and cook over medium heat (simmer) for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top before serving.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
