Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can diced beets, drained
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Add vinegar and orange juice. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add beets to the sauce. Serve hot or cold.
