Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour half of the batter in large baking dish or pan, then add Cheddar cheese. Pour remaining batter on top of cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until brown.
