Yum! Yum! Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. plain gelatin
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    3 lemons
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. grated cheese (mild)
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix crushed pineapple, sugar and juice of 3 lemons.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix 1/2 cup water and gelatin.
    Stir into mixture and boil 2 minutes; then set aside to cool.
    Whip the whipping cream and add cheese.
    Stir in cool mixture.
    Tint color desired.
