Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts (13 oz.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. grated or shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Chop up artichoke hearts.
Mix all together and bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly (gets a little brown on top, too).
Bake about 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with dippers.
You need to have fairly firm crackers.
Triscuits or Wheat Thins work well.
(I usually use fresh Parmesan cheese, not the canned.
It's tastier!)
