Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. bag red potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cook until tender.
Drain, mix all other ingredients together and beat until \"fluffy\". Put in greased 9 x 13 pan or similar large dish. Cover and refrigerate.
