Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. white vinegar 5%
3 qt. water
1 c. salt (not iodized)
Preparation

Mix and boil the above ingredients. Pack cucumbers in jars with dill, garlic, and hot pepper. Pour hot solution over and let stand 10 minutes, then pour solution off, in jug and save for the next batch. Pour fresh solution in each jar and seal, use hot lids and rings.
