Chicken Breasts And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    1 can celery soup
    1 small jar pimento, drained
    1/2 onion, chopped
    8 to 12 chicken breast halves
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can whole mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    pimento strips
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice evenly into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except chicken and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour 1/3 of the mixture over rice.
    Arrange chicken breasts over soup mixture; cover with remaining soup mixture.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
