Fancy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 skinned chicken breasts, cooked and chopped fine or ground
1 medium red Delicious apples, peeled and diced fine
1 stalk celery, diced fine
1/3 to 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (regular or low-fat)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix well all ingredients.
Serve in small pastry tart shells or crackers, as sandwich spread or on lettuce leaf.
This can be made with canned tuna in spring water, rather than chicken.
