Baked Perch Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. perch fillets
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with onion salt and pepper.
    Place in baking dish.
    Combine Tabasco sauce and buttermilk.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 2.
