Buttermilk Milk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the sugar, flour, butter and eggs real good.
    Add the buttermilk and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
