Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large green peppers
2 tsp. salt
boiling water
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Halve peppers lengthwise.
Remove stems, seeds and membranes. Add salt to enough boiling water to cover peppers.
Boil 5 minutes; drain.
