Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla; stir in coconut.
Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
