Salsa-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) can chopped chilies in tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
1 small can jalapenos (if desired)
Preparation

In microwave, cook chilies with onions and tomatoes until tender.
Slowly add cubes of Velveeta, microwaving and stirring each time until melted.
Dip should be thick.
Only add cheese until it reaches your desired consistency.
