Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans carrots
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Pour oil in pan with chopped pepper and onions.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Add carrots and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.
