French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 pieces bread, white or raisin (be creative, feeds 2 people with moderate appetites)
Preparation
    Preheat griddle to 350\u00b0.
    Combine egg and milk.
    Whip to desired consistency.
    Add vanilla.
    Add generous amount of ground cinnamon.
    Dip bread in mix.
    Lay to dry in single stacks for 1/2 hour (will absorb moisture).
    Grease griddle with Pam or margarine.
