Salmon Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 minced onion
    1 tsp. celery, chopped
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flaked fish and potatoes.
    Add onion and celery, then add butter and egg yolks and fold in beaten egg whites last.
    Place in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Serves 6.
