Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
3 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 baked (9-inch) pie crust

Preparation

Combine sour cream, sugar, raisins, egg yolks, salt and cinnamon in a large saucepan.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Pour into pie crust.
