Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. sliced apples
nuts (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 c. powdered sugar or more to get right consistency

Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
Add sugar, vanilla, soda, flour, salt and cinnamon.
Fold in apples and nuts. Batter will be thick. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or less.
