Ribbon Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. each lime, lemon, orange and cherry Jell-O
Preparation
    Let plain gelatin soften in cold water.
    Boil milk with sugar. Add gelatin; let cool a little and add vanilla and sour cream. Beat well and keep warm.
    Take each package of Jell-O and mix with 1 1/2 cups hot water.
    Put 1 cup sour cream mixture between Jell-O. Let set after each layer until jelled.
    Makes 1 glass dish (9 1/2 x 14-inch).
