Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    salt as desired
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place pork chops into roaster.
    Cover with onion rings, carrot slices, pineapple, green pepper and garlic.
    Mix brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce; pour over pork chops.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove pork chops, vegetables and pineapple from liquid.
    Mix cornstarch and pineapple juice into the pan.
    Cook until thick and pour over pork chops.
    Serve with rice.
