Blueberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    3 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blueberries
    3/4 c. broken nut meats
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Stir in milk and oil or margarine which has been melted.
    Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture with vanilla.
    Fold in blueberries and nut meats.
    Bake in a greased bread pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    Remove to rack to cool for 20 minutes; remove from pan to finish cooling.
    Quick breads generally slice better if set overnight.
