Easy Cheesy Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    3/4 lb. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. instant dry milk plus enough water to make 1 3/4 cups liquid
    3/4 c. American cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain fat.
    Add water, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix and boil gently, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Stir often. Cook 3/4 pound spaghetti.
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Add flour, gradually, and instant dry milk that has been mixed with water to make 1 3/4 cups liquid.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Add American cheese and Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese melts.
    Layer in baking dish as follows:
    1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 sauce, cheese sauce, remaining spaghetti and remaining sauce.
    Top with 1/4 cup American cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
